Loading out Cattle

We loaded out two "pot loads" of yearling cattle this morning. Temp was 35 degrees, reminiscent of our days in Colorado and Wyoming! A good year for grazing with no death loss and good gains! A rancher's dream!

  3. Our Thursday up north was around 20 degrees. This morning it was -29 when we started chores. Brrrr...... Glad you had a great year. Always feels good to see the trucks leave the loading chute.

  5. I imagine it would be mixed emotions to see them drive off like that.
