Bess is afraid of gun shots and it is Dove Hunting Season in Texas, and it was a Friday night, so weekend hunters were in the area. Every time a gun shot would go off, she runs and gets near/under my horse. Rather an awkward angle to take a photo, but here Bess is leaning against Gals hind feet, hiding under her tail! Gal never offers to kick or even step on her. What a team we make!
