2014 Photo Journal - Day 57 - Algerita Blossoms

Though they are tiny (my fingertip at the bottom of the photo) the bushes are loaded and the aroma is heady! With no more freezes we will have berries in May with which to make some yummy jelly!

  2. I pray you have no freezing weather and for lots of Algerita berries. I am almost afraid to admit this, Doniene, but until today I had never heard od Algerita berries, I will now google them. ~smile~ They are so beautiful and remind of my blueberries excepth mine are white and pink, but have a soft smell. I have missed visiting, but can now say the phone lines were plowed in this afteroon.
    Hugs,

  4. I haven't heard of these before - the flowers sure are tiny and here's hoping there are no more freezes and you get a good crop! Spring must be on the way!!

  5. I have to say that I am a little envious that you are seeing bits of spring already. We are expecting more snow tonight. I hope your berries are sweet and plentiful.
